Landscape Maintenance Crew Member/Leader

• Crew members/leaders who will be operating a company vehicle are required to have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Have experience operating a skid steer and  excavators.
• Have experience in mowing and trimming/weed whipping.
• Are able to perform physical activities, including lifting 50 lbs.

You would be responsible for:

• Leading and training a crew of 2+ team members.
• Create and install new landscapes for customers.
• Applying mulch and blowing off hard surfaces using gas powered equipment.
• Installing shrubs, seasonal color.
• Operating a truck and trailer.
• Cutting lawns, trimming and edging borders, and blowing off hard surfaces using gas powered equipment.
• Pruning shrubs and low trees to shape and improve the growth using shears, pruners or gas powered hedge trimmers.
• Planting and maintaining flower beds, and applying mulch.
• Picking up leaves, trash and cut grass and placing onto burlap and loading onto a truck or trailer.
• Applying chemicals or fertilizers.
• Perform weeding.
• Maintaining a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with guests and customers
